SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS


                       -Reservations
• All reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Your reservation will be confirmed only after receiving payment or the agreed deposit.

                       -Schedules
• Out of respect for our clients and team, arrival and service times must be strictly
followed.
• Any delays should be communicated in advance.

         -
House Information and Address
• The house or space where the experience will take place must have the basic utensils
and equipment needed for the chef to work properly (knives, pots, pans, cutting boards, etc.).
• For barbecues, the house must have a grill; Jaco Chef does not provide this equipment.
• Clients must provide the exact address: house number, house name, or precise
reference to ensure smooth arrival.

        -Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
• Clients must inform in advance of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special preferences.
• This information should be communicated directly to the person coordinating the
service.

                -Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.
• In cases of force majeure (extreme weather, emergencies), we will try to reschedule the experience.

                 -Respect and Behavior
• Respectful behavior towards our team is expected at all times.
• Aggressive behavior or disrespect is not allowed during the experience.

                -Tips and Additional Charges
• Tips are not included in the service price and are completely optional.
• Any additional services requested on the day of the event will be charged separately.

                 -Safety and Responsibility
• Clients are responsible for their belongings during the experience.
• Jaco Chef reserves the right to cancel or modify the service for safety or weather reasons.
