Cancellation Policy

Business Policies of jaco Chef Privado 1. Reservations and Deposits Advance booking: An advance reservation is required or ask for availability Refundable deposit: To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total is required. You can cancel the service 15 days before and your money will be refunded after that date there is no refund Confirmation with invoice: Reservations must be confirmed with an invoice by mail. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellation with less than 15 days: The deposit is not refunded. Same day cancellation: 100% of the service is charged. 3. Payments Accepted forms of payment: Cash, bank transfer, platforms such as Zelle Final payment: The remaining amount must be paid at the time we perform the service 4. Pricing policy Prices per person 5. Menus and allergies All menus must be approved in advance. The client is responsible for reporting on food allergies or dietary restrictions. The chef is not responsible for adverse reactions if he has not been previously informed. 6. Modifications to the menu Minor changes allowed up to 10 days before the event. Last minute changes may generate additional costs or not be possible. 7. Schedule policy The chef will arrive in advance for preparation (usually 1-2 hours before). Limited service time 2 hours. Punctuality is expected from the customer and diners. 8. Use of the client's kitchen The chef will leave the kitchen clean as it was found, but it does not include washing utensils outside the service. 9. Tips Tips are not included in the price. 10. Security and responsibility The chef has food safety and hygiene measures. He is not responsible for accidents outside the work area or caused by third parties.
